Anxious immigrants; Snow day recap; Explosion victims sue PGW, PECO

Will incoming President Trump really succeed in launching a wave of mass sweeps, detentions and deportations immediately after he takes office January 20, as he has vowed to do? Will he really be able to end temporary protected status for Haitians, Venezuelans, Ukrainians and others, and strip citizenship from some naturalized immigrants?

There wasn’t all that much snow, but the Philadelphia School District closed schools for Monday, and some parents got to share the special fun of a snow day. The district will be open for business Tuesday, either in-school or as a remote learning day. Check out photos, final snow totals and the outlook for Tuesday’s commute.
