One of the world’s leading tire manufacturers has relocated its North American headquarters to Brookhaven, opening a 14,000 square-foot space at Perimeter Summit that is 16.7 percent larger than its previous office.
KUMHO Tire U.S.A.’s new location will be home to 50 employees, centralizing the company’s regional operations and supporting its continued growth in the Southeast. KUMHO headquarters has been in Atlanta since 2016.
“As we expand our presence across the Eastern region, Perimeter Summit offers a connected location with exceptional access to the industries we serve, while giving our employees a dynamic environment to thrive,” KUMHO CEO Edmund Cho said in a statement. “We look forward to the next chapter of growth and success that our team will experience here.”
KUMHO opened its second warehouse in Georgia in January, located in McDonough.
The announcement came from commercial real estate giant JLL, a Fortune 500 company with annual revenue of $20.8 billion and operations in over 80 countries around the world.
Perimeter Summit is an 83-acre mixed-use campus located at I-285 and Ashford Dunwoody Road, just inside the perimeter. Recent campus renovations include new pickleball courts and enhanced outdoor workspaces.
Perimeter Summit is anchored by the Hyatt Regency, with the Residences at Perimeter Summit, a 350-unit multifamily project being developed by High Street Residential, and access to the Medical Center MARTA station.
