Karachi: As per direction of Caretaker CM Sindh Maqbool Baqar, Board of Intermediate Education Karachi to give 15% add marks to first year students.

Fact-Finding committee investigated that usually first year students of got low marks in 2023 exams, the caretaker CM Sindh issued direction after the recommendations of committee.

Furthermore he added that the students of Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical would be given 15%extra marks.

BIEK In Charge removed from the post after the report submitted by committee to Caretaker CM Sindh. And also papers’ pattern prior to the starting of educational year.

He more said that a notice should be issued against Board officer who do not follow policy and rules regulations.

According to the sources, 80% students of Arts (Regular) failed, 72% failed in Arts (Private) while 63%failed in Commerce (Private) groups.
