Pakistan’s reaction to the stick war between Israel and Palestine۔

The former prime minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, while expressing his views on the war between Israel and Palestine, has said that the United Nations should try to end Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine.

I am not surprised by today’s wars, considering the expansion of settlements on Palestinian lands and the brutality of innocent Palestinians.

When Israel is depriving the Palestinians of their right to self-determination and the legitimate right to statehood, the same can be expected from Palestine.

The world must recognize that ending the Israeli occupation is essential for lasting peace.

Former President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, says: There is serious concern over the increasing violence in Palestine and Israel. To prevent further bloodshed and loss of human lives, both countries, Israel and Palestine, should show patience as much as possible.

Because the violence and conflict between Palestine and Israel is not a solution to the problems of the people, but a war, I call on the international community to play an active role in preventing the parties from escalating the conflict and the United Nations.

According to relevant resolutions and international law, work for a peaceful resolution of the long-standing dispute.  A lot of cruelty has happened in 70 years.

The former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has said that: I have always been a supporter of the Palestinian cause, and will remain so. I stand by my position that oppression, occupation and peace cannot go together.

Since 1948, the inhabitants of Palestine have been facing inhumane treatment, the Palestinians have stood alone for their right to peaceful existence against the siege of Gaza and the occupation by Israel.  He further said that the international community should play its role in de-escalation to avoid further loss of precious lives.

At the same time, steps should be taken to restore a Palestinian state approved by the United Nations and the OIC, which has pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds al-Sharif as its capital.
