The provincial government has unveiled a groundbreaking digital initiative, e-Services Sindh, introducing five transformative services to enhance citizen convenience.

At the launch ceremony, Caretaker Sindh Chief Minister Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqar emphasized the revolutionary impact of this initiative, streamlining citizen interaction with the government.

The five transformative Digital E-Payment Service include:

  1. e-Services Sindh Mobile App:
  • Currently adopted by two Board of Revenue departments, with a gradual extension to other departments.
  • Facilitates seamless citizen-government interaction through a unified digital platform.

2. e-Registration for “Registered Sale Deeds”:

  • Allows citizens to register sale deeds online, eliminating the need for physical visits to government offices.
  • Enables online applications, payments, and appointments for biometric verification.
  1. e-Mutation:
  • Simplifies the process of making changes in land records.
  • Enables citizens to update land records online and ensures accuracy and accessibility.
  1. e-Pay Sindh:
  • Enables secure digital payments for government services.
  • Provides convenient payment options via mobile devices, banking apps, credit cards, debit cards, ATM, and banks.

  1. Industrial Estate Management System (IEMS):
  • Centralized platform for managing industrial estates in Sindh.
  • Focus on SITE Limited and Sindh Small Industrial Estates.

  • Mutation of Record of Rights
  • Heirship Certificate Issuance
  • Agriculture Pass Book
  • Demarcation and Survey of Land
  • NOC Issuance for Sale of Land
  • Miscellaneous Applications and Online Complaints

Justice Baqar emphasized that e-Services Sindh is a game-changer, making government services accessible, efficient, and transparent, contributing to economic growth and development in Sindh. The platform encourages citizen engagement and ensures a swift and reliable delivery of digital government services.
