Regarding New election of 2024 the confirmation election date till not announced, the current PDM government dissolved yesterday. The name of caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan is in under decision, it will announce soon after final decision.
The Three-month period of caretaker government will start soon, according to the sources, after three-month the election will be held and new government will take charges. Sometimes, caretaker government period increase according to the situation in country. All Chief Ministers of provinces, Ministers, President will hand over the charges to caretaker government for (90-days).
When Election Date will announce?
Generally, election date announced after the complete 90-days of caretaker government. This government has been dissolved and on 10th August 2023, current government hand over to the caretaker government for three months.
New election date may be delayed, it depends on the current country’s situation. The period of caretaker government can be increase if election date doesn’t announce. The president of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi dissolve assemblies on the advice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on 10th August 2023.

According to the expertise and the Election Commission, that 90-days complete in November and generally the election date is 8th November 2023. Three major political parties, Pakistan-Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan People’s Party and Pakistan Muslim League (N).

If we look at the PMLN voteshare, the 24.35% PMLN had voteshare in 2018 election while PMLN won 64 seats out of 272 seats and 82 seats in National Assembly.
Pakistan People’s Party Voteshare was very low according to the data, 13.03% voteshare was in 2018 election where PPP won 43 seats out 272 in general seats and 54 in National Assembly.
An Overview of PTI Government
After the won of 2018 election, PTI chairman Imran Khan elected as Prime Minister of Pakistan on 17th August 2018. In the period 2018 to 2022, PTI government handle the government but after the non-confidence motion PTI government removed on 10th April 2023.
On 11th April 2023, PMLN Leader Shehbaz Sharif take oath as new PM of Pakistan with the no-confidence motion. On 17th July 2022 PTI won the election in Punjab province, but it couldn’t be continued and PTI government dissolved assemblies in KPK and Punjab.
Right now, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran khan disqualified for five years from politics in Al Qadir trust case and corruption case.
